Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Magnum Grail, you’ll lead strategic initiatives that power our technology landscape and digital transformation. Working closely with our CTO and diverse delivery teams, you will be accountable for planning, executing, and finalising ICT projects across multiple layers—from backend infrastructure to cutting-edge web and mobile apps.

You will:

• Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Work with architects, developers, testers, product owners, and stakeholders to define and execute actionable delivery plans of the projects.
• Ensure timely delivery through iterative development cycles.
• Resolve issues, and adapt plans proactively in a dynamic business environment.

Candidate Requirements

You are a hands-on Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels in delivering tangible results. You have:

• Proven experience managing ICT projects that involve both infrastructure and software components.
• Strong command of agile project management practices and team facilitation.
• Confidence working with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS365.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• A relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is a plus.

Location & Work Authorisation

• This position is based on-site in Limassol, Cyprus.
• Non-EU/EEA candidates must already have full legal authorisation to work in Cyprus.
